Spirit of NKS, Part IV

And how much did a Cuba turn even credit? I for one am glad I don't have to bust my hump flying into "hostile territory" twice, (Both Cuba and FLL Customs) for a measly 2.5-ish hours pay, followed by an equivalent sit time before my next leg.

Havana credited 4 hours, and FLL customs takes all of maaaaybe three minutes with Global Entry or that other free app that's out there. And while GE should be provided by the company, until that happens, GE costs juuuust over $2 a month, so there's really no excuse not to have it.
Also, stupid easy to fly in and out, so... no idea what angle you're gaming, but it's not jiving with reality.
Finally, pretty much every HAV turn was a standalone trip, so I'm not sure why you would be waiting around for another leg...
Haters gonna hate, I guess.

2) No angle, I just don't like international flying and I despise the customs system in FLL.
3) As a non FLL pilot, every international arrival that doesn't go to an overnight is followed by a 1.5 - 3 hour sit.
4) Shake it off, shake it off.

Any new info on the newest blatant violation of the CBA?
Reserves FORCED to work on day OFF, in the middle of block?
Scheduling committee email, condemning this?
Appalling...
Anyone still considers PBS or any concession which gives management additional control over our QOL?
It will become standard practice to violate and told to file an NCC.
Just like the 1.5 delay notification, and now work on day off.
If you are FORCED to fly a reserve assignment on day off, file an NCC and insist on 4.5hrs of added pay, NOT 4 hrs.
It's WDO not reserve day pay.
At this point, anyone picking up trips is worse than the non green lanyard wearing and needs to be known.

1) I stand corrected then. Looking at a map, I cannot imagine the flight taking more than 60 min Off to On, with a bit more for taxi. It's the same distance as MCO or TPA. But as a turn built into a larger trip, it wouldn't credit 4 hours. (The company hates soft time, after all.)
