I don't have any experience with those, but I probably wouldn't bother spending the money unless you think your interview skills need more polish than the average pilot. The interview is very casual and straightforward. A little bit of "tell me about yourself," a few "what would you do" and "tell me about a time" questions and you're done. And then the cog screen, but that is no big deal, and no way to prepare for it anyways. The aviationinterviews website has a good list of the questions you can expect.
Exactly right. Questions you see on airline interviews are very accurate. They treated me nicely.

I heard this also, but I used professional prep anyway since I wasn't blessed with the gift of gab. Confidence going into the interview is helpful, and the first paycheck on the line will cover the cost anyway. Ensuring my escape from a regional definitely felt like a worthwhile investment.

That’s a good point. Blowing an interview and being stuck in the regionals another 6+ months isn’t worth it. Better to be over prepared and smoke it.

aviationinterviews.com is the best resource for the Sun Country interview. The information is still valid from the last batch that went through about a month ago.

Any tips for the resume? Are they looking for a generic "applicant information" sheet or are they looking for something with a bit of creativity. I've been told a few of the other airlines have sent out a "template" of a pretty bland resume to follow, wondering what Sun Country's preference was.

Your resume is what the panel will use to tailor the questions they ask you. I don’t think you get brownie points for design. Be concise. Flying experience, education, work experience. Definitely include work experience outside of flying.
