makes sense and I should have known. I did hear that they started like 9 months early. Seemed odd given the current fuel environment but what do I know, I’m just a pilot.

It's better than any regional.

It's a bottom feeder in terms of major/national/ulcc.

Filler.

When did you start to think this?
I mean, Spirit & Frontier? We’ve got our problems, but damn. We’re not worried about our jobs. And the whole G4 contract negotiation bit.
I’d argue this gig is well above average for a ULCC.

It's been a process over a few years of watching the company's ongoing duplicity. I could probably pick about 5 major events and decisions by the company and it's leadership that showed their true colors, but I'm not going to dive into all of those here and now.

The job is, without a doubt. The company we are working for is bottom of the barrel imho.

It’s a good gig for sure. This combined company has a bright future. There will be a new contract at some point after the merge is complete. Widebodies for Amazon, lots of growth, new bases. New uniforms. It’s gonna be great for all of us. You heard it here first.

Fair enough. I’ve shook my head too. So much is asked of us with the trip mix.

Do you have any specific questions? Without context about your current job, what you are looking to improve upon, etc., it’s hard to give any sort of good info. I suspect, if you live around MSP CVG DFW LAS or MCO you will have a better career here in the long run, than at your part 135 gig, but that is pure speculation because you have provided no details about your current gig or what you are looking for. Best of luck tho bud!
