The current CBA allows management to change first year pay, without union consent? Maybe their plan is a partnership with a local college.

We have them with a bunch of carriers. United, Spirit, Alaska, Frontier, Hawaiian and a couple others domestically and a bunch of international carriers.

You can zed pretty much anywhere in the world you want.

You can obviously jumpseat on 'em though, at least domestic. I assume you can jumpseat international as well, you just can't ride up front. Never tried it.
