We have them with a bunch of carriers. United, Spirit, Alaska, Frontier, Hawaiian and a couple others domestically and a bunch of international carriers.

You can zed pretty much anywhere in the world you want.

Nope. (EDIT: I took a peek on myIDTravel and AA is listed there, so I guess we can go on them as well. Who knew?)

You can obviously jumpseat on 'em though, at least domestic. I assume you can jumpseat international as well, you just can't ride up front. Never tried it.
