If you follow APC's link to the SCA jobs page, no mention of hiring for FO's. Where do you go to apply? Is the internal rec a requirement?

Do they still require the 500 Multi PIC ? They ever waive it?

Not sure... Most of the people that have been hired recently have 1000's of hours of turbine time. From what I can tell most of the new hires have been captains at some point in their careers in a turbine aircraft. I had 3000 multi PIC when hired. I hope that helps.

Ya that does, just curious with all the stagnant regional FOs out there that most likely got hired with less than that.

It seems that about half of the new hires are regional fo's. All have internal recs and most have ties to the MSP area. With all of the applications on file they like to interview people with internal recs. Without advertising hiring HR has about 4000 apps on file.

absolutely! internals are huge. Good luck. it's a great group of pilots. Work rules in general are not that bad. We just need a few adjustments and a competitive hourly rate.
