Default Weight and balance for part 135

I'm currently in the transition to part 135 operations. I was using the foreflight ap (part 91) for loading conditions I wasn't familiar with.

The operation is an airmed with about a 30 minute "lift". The company requires using paper forms but you can use excel as a calculator to expedite the process. You cant print off the excel from, the info must be transferred to carbon copy.

I'm getting faster but the w/b is taking time from higher priority items.

Thanks for the input.
