I love reading you what you seasoned corporate guys have seen. I have only been in the corporate game for 4 years but would say Aspen and Teterboro are my favorites for keeping you on your toes. Noise abatement climb out of a wet runway into IMC icing conditions at night from TEB rwy 24 is where you have to put everything you know into use in a 5 minute period.

Wait 'til you do some international work--Russia, Africa, in particular. In Russia, one has to deal with QFE altimeters, meters, nasty terrain in a few locations and long distances. Bring packs of Marlboros or fueling may take time. Africa--just about no ATC, little security, nasty weather around the ITCZ and lots of traffic, surprisingly. Beirut last week was a pleasant break for two days.
Teterboro is no big deal, but Aspen gives me the vapors--the terrain is trickier than any elsewhere. Though, some Swiss airports I have not been to are worse.

+1 on Petro, same profile here, flew in in the dark and didn't get scared til the next day.
The JFK Canarsie visual with a wicked crosswind was always a crowd pleaser.
Let's not forget the visual to the old Kai Tak

Before RNP, Petersburg, AK was a challenge. Fly to mins, break out and a 75 degree right turn to the runway. Reminded me of the old HKG checkerboard approach. Fly the ILS to mins pointing at a checkerboard on the side of a hill, 85 degree right turn to line up on the runway.
Kinda hairy.
RNP makes SE Alaska a WHOLE lot more safe and sane.

Kodiak on a gusty day is cool. No missed approach in close because the end of the runway is a vertical speedbrake.

I'd have to put left pattern to RWY 27 in TEX (Telluride) up there with a fun / challenging "approach" even though it was not an approach in the traditional sense but a visual maneuver that many of us have had to shoot the approach to get to, broken out, (with the 5-111, 91.155 vis mins right) stepped down to the 10,500 TPA, and then dog leg it into RWY 27 respecting the noise abatement procedure.
ASE was fun for sure too, LOC 15, circle 33 was always a kick. I'd be proud of myself on my post flight walk around then see an Air Whiskey BAC doing it and then think, "ok, so I'm not that cool". Another thing with ASE that was so thrilling was ATC departing aircraft right at you on the Lindsey 4 while you’re working your way on the LOC 15. Good times.
Anybody out there who did the famed Kai Tak "checkerboard approach" at Hong Kong? I can only imagine the fun after a long Pacific crossing at the edge of a typhoon.

Never flew into Kai Tak, but even CLK on a stormy day can hand out surprises what with the winds coming off Lantau Island. I have looked out the window of the Grand Hyatt on HK Island, looking at Kowloon, on hazy, rainy days wondering what the IGS 13 approach must have been like.
