Default Hawker 800/850XPi question

Hi. Going back to Hawker 850 school soon. Just can't recall whether, apart from an engaged APR, the Deecs will always prevent over temps on takeoffs and climb outs to cruise altitude. Or, is it necessary to, like turbo-props or older jets w/o Deecs at all, keep throttling back on a climb to avoid over temping.

Any operational insights would be much appreciated.

Btw, the more advanced jets I've flown, with TLA signals to the Deecs, are pretty much a set it and forget it proposition.
