Hey friendo, we've interacted on this forum once before and based upon your post history I get the read that you wanna come to Trans States something bad. When things are moving along there, I'd tell you that isn't a bad thing if whatever you want out of a regional aligns with what TSA will provide - namely fast upgrades and lots of flying. Maybe you even have a great reason to specifically target them, such as you live in St. Louis, need to be based there for at least a little while for personal reasons, and you've done your homework and know TSA has a marginally better contract than GoJet. My take is you're very early in your career, looking for a place to go, and hopefully young.
With all that being said, and assuming you're a young guy/girl - two pieces of advice:
1a) Don't ever be in denial about the truth when it comes to the place you're collecting your paycheck from. It'll land your @$$ in the unemployment line quicker than you can say "what's the WARN Act?" (Figure of speech, of course, but it will take you a little over 60 days to figure out what it really means for you). That's not airline specific, just general life advice.
1b) More airline career specific: a lot of APC is rumor, b!tching, the clueless (new to the biz or not), and outright trolling, but there's good info if you can fine tune your BS filter. I don't have a crystal ball, but rational projections can be made based upon what we know about pilot staffing, demographics, the law regarding retirements and any likely changes, and the folks that are in the pipeline. It looks interesting for all regionals. It looks concerning for regionals that don't have some mechanism to keep people there for at least 15-18 months as PIC over the next 2-7 years. TSH regionals really don't have that, at least *as of right now*. For UAX carriers, that program is probably Aviate. Maybe.
2a) The best advice you'll ever get in this industry is "go along to get along". I'm not telling you to crash a plane because you're too scared to tell the PIC they're screwing up, but calling folks names here that could otherwise provide you good advice and mentorship is counter productive, even if not particularly damaging - assuming you manage to stay anonymous. However, acting like that in real life will make you go nowhere fast in normal times and you'll still get wherever you're going a lot slower even in this environment. It's okay to be confident and keep your own counsel, but try to be a little less brash and a little more personable. Written media isn't the best place to get nuance across, so keep that in mind, too.
2b) I'm easily identifiable to anyone at my company that would be motivated to figure out my identity based upon my post history. Haven't heard of anyone running afoul of TSH management for forum posts but it's not unheard of at small workplaces.
TL;DR: All regionals are in trouble re: staffing over the next few years. Also, if you get the reputation of being a caustic jerk, it's like herpes - that sh!t will follow you.

Thanks for the advice. It is appreciated.
I will remeber this is just a forum and respond or not respond appropriately.

Very sorry that happened to y’all. The upper levels of management don’t have their heads straight. They seem to think it’s back when there was hundreds of candidates lining up for dirt wages. Unfortunately their past mistakes will haunt them for quite some time. Even if they attempt to upright the ship it will take quite a while. Having gave several years of my life to TSA, I’d say you probably dodged a bullet. There were some amazing crews there. But the way things were run by senior management was enough to frustrate everyone. I know I was getting to be a very bitter person. Fortunately the gods af aviation threw me a bone and I got out. If I could go back I probably would have gone with a large strong regional. Use your imagination and you know who I’m referring to. Best of luck
