Many people at TSA hired in 2008 and 2012 couldn't get on anywhere else. The reason was poor airmanship and weirdness. I've had several FOs tell me about when they interviewed at Express or Skywest or Republic and how they didn't make the cut. TSA gave you people shelter when no one else would. I can see why you defend and think it's such a good place to work.
