Think to yourself how hard you have to try to get fired at a regional carrier. That's right, you have to nearly TRY to get fired.

Somehow someway this waste of flesh managed to do it, and he's hacked off and jealous because he would be a line holding Captain by now. Instead, he spews how great his second life is. How much better that job is. Yet he's been on the Mesa and PDT Threads eyeing a return to the industry because his company may not be around.

That's if he even has a job.

Don't listen to this loser. He swears he has been duped. I know for a fact he wasn't. The recruiters always tell you what things are RIGHT NOW when you are there to interview. That's the way it's been for a long time. Anyone who takes that as a promise, anywhere in this industry is a flat out idiot.

For examples of said idiot, see above.

Oh please. If telling my boss why I did what I did is giving him attitude, I guess I'm guilty. If telling my boss I won't do it again is attitude, guilty. I have a solid work history before and after Trans States, and didn't just decide "het, I feel like );$(zing up."
Now maybe you think the lying by recruiters is ok, and that's what it is, but I don't. And I'm going to let new people going into the industry know about it, especially since it's still going on over here.

Oh wait! Except it wasn't! You would have been a captain in right around 12 months if you had the time.

Take your blanky, get a nice bottle of momma's lotion, go downstairs, fire up that PC, insert Flight Sim, select **************************the 145, and stroke it long and slow.

No, 12 months is double what they were saying (if you had the time), and no, it would not of been a 12 month up grade. But as you say Dokay, thanks for playing.

One of these days you'll finally figure out who we are. By that time, we will be gone and you'll be a TSA lifer.

Enjoy the ride bubba.

Well at least you got that part right. At the end of the day the ones on here complaining the most are the CQ's. For some reason it's mostly Rah people. I don't get why, bc that place is a dumpster fire. Some of you guys could get a tug from Eva Mendes and still find a way to complain. Getting stuck with some of you on a 4 day have been my worst experiences here so far. Worse than the payroll issues and crew scheduling. That should tell you something right there. For 80% of the pilots here to literally despise flying with you should be a wake up call. It's not TSA, it's you.

Go ahead and leave. You are some of the most entitled and arrogant pricks I've ever seen in this industry. To the new ones coming in, learn from these idiots. We welcome you aboard.

To guys like you and Mistakes, good riddance. I can't see how you'd ever get past anyone that has a psych evaluation.

^^^^^^This. I have friends and have worked at Republic, and have been embarrassed by what I have heard from some of these guys around the crew room. Gets to the point you don't even want to go in there just to avoid them. And to say things were better at Republic is laughable. Having dealt with RPs HR and payroll on some issues what we go through here is NOTHING compared to my experiences at Republic. Not to mention the joy of working with their scheduling, while Joe Cespedes was there and after he was fired. Still have my Joe hates Me mug.

There are some good CQs I've worked with who are glad to be here and have the opportunity. But these whiners are giving them all a bad name, and the sooner they hit the road the better.

You guys that are getting all butt hurt just need to realize that the CQFOs for the most part are far superior to several of you. Many people at TSA hired in 2008 and 2012 couldn't get on anywhere else. The reason was poor airmanship and weirdness. I've had several FOs tell me about when they interviewed at Express or Skywest or Republic and how they didn't make the cut. TSA gave you people shelter when no one else would. I can see why you defend and think it's such a good place to work.

Ok. But mean while you use your momma's lotion for where the sun don't shine, make your time at TSA a little less sore.

The problem is they didn't lie. They gave you a guess off of what was happening right now. The same way Eagle, XJet, and Skywest did. What our recruiters told me back then was way more accurate than any of those places.

Yes it would have, or damn close.
