I think his point is that the paperwork should be waiting for us when we get to the gate.

Ok, but his rant biotched about TSA, it should be pointed at United. Seriously, it is a regional airline, not one is high and mighty. If he really wanted to stick with Delta ops he could've gone to Skywest. The paperwork is not a TSA issue. Find something else to rant about.

Ha. Not biching. Just pointing out one of the reasons you have such a stellar on-time performance. Oh, wait...

Okay, okay, okay, I will go to the United thread and bich there about how TSA can't get out on time. Then it won't be so bad when "The Big Announcement" turns out to be a furlough notice because no one wanted to let TSA fly their airplanes. You're right though, it's totally United's fault. Totally.

I'm sure you know better, but I don't hear any ideas from you and all your experience. You tell me. How does TSA improve their on-time performance? Hmm? So easy to point a finger without offering any real input or ideas to improve.

SkyWest? Really? I hear Mesa has the quick upgrade right now. When is your class date?

Stop scheduling 5 leg days with 24 min turns.. That would help too.

Amen. But how does TSA win contracts with 25 minute turns?

You are literally pointing fingers at TSA and offering no suggestions. How are you any different than someone blaming United?

The real question you have to ask is how does the performance compare against other UAX carriers. No one cares how they perform against DCI carriers. They don't have and will never have a DCI contract. The last time I peeked at one of those comparisons and if I remember correctly, TSA was middle of the pack.

If I remember correctly, the regionals give United x number of airplanes and United schedules the airplanes as desired.

United gives the block hours/city pairs and tsa does the specific scheduling.
