Keep in mind that that document doesn't include those things in my list which I said I have no information for. Those items are huge. So if you can tell us what you have in those sections, I'll concede if they are up to par.


Thanks, someone had mentioned that to me but I didn't fix my paste and copy.

You're wrong on several things. 75 hours for reserve. 100% deadhead pay. 12 days off for a lineholder on a 31 day month. Per diem goes up to $1.80 this upcoming August. 4 hour min day for reservists.

You don't even know our own contract so I wouldn't go making comparisons to others.

Yes, it must've been you that mentioned that before. But like I said last time, even with those corrections (from the MESA document 9/13) it's still below average.

It's very clear that you are not happy with TSA. You are trying to discourage everyone from coming here. Drop the whole contract thing! It is getting very old reading your posts and all they do is try to bash our contact. OUR CONTRACT IS GOOD! It's going to get even BETTER! You remind me of "that" kid on the playground always taking your ball home when people didn't follow your rules, but don't worry we have our own ball and its "above average"!

What makes you guys think it's going to get better? People will flock there no matter what that contract says. Only when the upgrade fades and people stop moving to TSA will you have any leverage for a better contract. Think of where RAH is today. Your group is in no position to negotiate anything better than what you currently have.

Thinking you do is laughable. Your costs are why you're operating the aircraft, the quick upgrades will bring the pilots. Do you really think management will increase your compensation for no reason? Your cost makes their mainline co tract profitable, your gain of airplanes makes pilots show up. I fail to see the part where you have an advantage to somehow make a better contract of the deal.

There can only be one best contract out there. From what I see is that AWAC has it. I'm sure they have things in there that they would like to change as well. We shall see what happens when we begin negotiations in the Spring. I think that at this point in the industry, management will compromise more than they did last time. Times have changed, the whole "pilot shortage" is going to start taking its toll. Attracting pilots is going to become very competitive in the future. Whoever has the best to offer gets the pilots first. I'm sure management is fully aware of this. (I feel like I'm preaching to the choir)

It's not the worst contract. But it's not above average as some keep saying. And I've posted a list of why several times now to prove it. Your response of, "our contract is good" with nothing to back it up probably says more about your contract than anything. I listed a half dozen things that I have no information on that if are above average would probably make your contract above average. Why don't you and anyone else tell us what those sections say? Until then, your contract is NOT above average, maybe average at best. If you can tell us about those sections, then I'll concede if indeed they are good.

No offense sir, but all seven of your posting on our contact is wrong so.......Let's just end it on that, since we have to keep updating your postings. But if memories serves me right we signed it within 5 years. And to answer your last comment. Really hope so!!!!

My hourly pay is $4+ higher than the profile pay scale reflects. I know you haters refuse to acknowledge this so there's nothing I can do to argue the BS you are spewing (you 12 year olds with nothing better to do than patrol the TS threads) about a company that has taken great measures to improve the overall QOL for its pilots. Nevets (and a few others), do you even have jobs??? It seems that you are ALWAYS (I mean ALWAYS) on here ready to pounce on anything anyone has to say positive about Trans States. Some of us are content (for now) with the direction new management is taking us...why does that keep you up at nights? Move on, go be a cheerleader for whatever airline gives you the warm fuzzy you so require. I don't like what PSA did, but I don't lose sleep trying to analyze their contract past the initial agreement trying to convince them that they're miserable but just don't realize it. Don't you have anything in life aside from APC that gives meaning to your life? Judging from the time stamps of your posts I'd have to guess not... If bashing TS is what completes you, I feel sorry for you.
