I'm sorry you can't see that. That is the problem here. Some of you are just too excited about the new planes.

Is u stoopidz? Where is the TSA contract equal to other that are concessionary? I think there have been a few of us on here asking for a side by side comparison of TSA's (concessionary, scab, etc) contract., yet it hasn't shown up. I would figure you contract guru's would have this crap posted on your fridge since you seem to be so knowledgeable on the subject.....oh wait....

As for being excited, where have you seen TSA people rejoicing over airplanes? If anything we've been on here shields up knocking away bullets from all the contract nazi's. Because god forbid, XJet isn't growing so those TSA scum must be taking pay cuts. Get over yourself guy.

IDFC what you think and I guarantee the legacy hiring board isn't going to care what some internet tool thinks about our contractzzzzzz

Riverside you obviously are out of touch with the stand made by Envoy, XJT and others for this industry...

Are you aware of the stand TS pilots took that resulted in....geeze never mind.

Do you not know that Trans States' contract is already leaps and bounds better than RAH's? TSA has cancellation pay, higher per diem and premium pay for overtime while RAH does not (probably around $10k+/year just in that alone). RAH also has a max of $36.62/hr after 4 years so any senior RAH FO will see an immediate pay raise of $6.80/hr just with the blended rate. There will be a hit in QOL with RAH not having Junior Assigning or Hot Reserve but the money and TPIC make up for it. Plus, its the same uniform so not buying a new one will save you right there.

Thanks for that..

Again... This is not directed at any TSA pilot. Just those looking at the left seat option being offered.

So you don't hate current TSA pilots, just the people applying to work there? Look man. If you don't want to work at TSA fine, but let other people do what the hell they want. We don't care to hear yor judgmental crap regardless your motivation. Come to grasp with this reality. We will staff this flying. No amount of silly morons on message boards will stop that.

I have just accepted a class date with TSA. Can anyone provide me with a preview of ground school as far as the time frame from Day 1 to IOE, how are the exams like and if they prepare you enough for all the exams and checkride and whats the wash out rate if there is any as I did hear on APC, that it was quite high years ago but of course things change. I know one has to study regardless but any input will be appreciated or you can inbox me too with any tips and guidance for the class.
