Actually the formula is very simple there's only two ways you're going to go left seat quick in a regional Airline they are either growing getting new airplanes or attrition. The WOs are where it's at right now. A year-and-a-half to two years ago TSA was where it was...with the American growth. Now its not....decent contract but lackluster growth. If I was starting or less than a year at anywhere I would immediately pick up and look at a WO like PDT Envoy or PSA... but even that has a finite life associated with it it's not going to be that way in another year once they get their numbers... or even close... those upgrades are going to go right back up. The Regionals are the most volatile thing in the industry and if you're young and not on the first page of seniority you should seriously consider doing everything you can to get out even if it's going to a tier 2 Airline and picking up that bus type rating.... frankly regionals are designed to be that way....

The more the better! Maybe TSA learns to run an airline. Well possibly a payroll department at the very least.

IOCC sucks. They are working on a 3rd party vendor software program that will hopefully make the transparency and automation better. Expect the first year rates to get redone around 40 an hour first year when they continue negotiations during the PBS Trial. They'll probably increase the bonuses but I wouldn't expect anything near what the WOs are doing. It doesn't matter how many FOs leave. They don't have unlimited funding.

Guys should be happy about this, you don't have the leverage with the company if classes are full. It will be painful being short staffed but that's the only way for management to do something.

I've been on vacation all month... any news lately? On pbs negotiations? Is the AA flying really going away? A friend told me we lost over 20 FOs over the past couple weeks?! What about captains? Are they moving on to greener pastures, or is it just FOs making lateral moves?
