Did I say it will close? I said there's no future. Only future is a seniority battle between you, gojet and compass pilots to see who will be senior enough to fly the leftover scraps, maybe the MRJ70 in 2020

So the new transfer lists have come out. If you were wanting Denver, it would take a very long time to get here. Amazing that fo's are upgrading out of Den and not being replaced.
It is takening longer than a year to hold Den. My guess is 2 years to 2.5 years to get Denver if you were hired today. Food for thought

Another thing that would open up Den is a proper balancing of crews btw bases. This month has only 1 Den FO line with 15 days off, while Stl has has nearly 20 FOs w 15 days off. Den could absorb a couple more at least to balance the sched's.

Den is quite senior, I dunno what the latest company word has been (not that any management can be trusted anyway), but a few months back, the COO said the plan was to start growing Den again in the fall. That would certainly free up some slots, but yeah, it's gonna take awhile to get Den.

Cant say I understand the master plan. I was just reviewing the SB list. So many people want denver. So many people came here to get denver. So many other based pilots have trips ride through denver, if not out here for all four days. I would think it best to keep denver pilots flying denver and everybody else within their respectve time zone. 117 and all. But im just a nobody on the bottom of the list throwing gear and flap
