Internal squabling is fun lol
IAD guys better get used to having flying moved west as Commutair 145 flying grows in Dulles.

Granted, all the lines are flying 80hr/mo, so they are getting their productivity out of us and after that, they care not.
If anybody could stop rowing long enough to steer, they would realize that QOL can drive recruiting like a bonus. What if we were all on here talking about 14 days off down to 50%? That would get some interest.
Of course, that's all uneducated conjecture. I've never worked in TSA skeds. I just see inequalities and wonder why. And when mngmnt says, "It's not our fault, the pair-otimizer-gonkolator did it," it makes me suspicious.
Nothing will ever be normal as long as STL continues to be forced as the biggest domicile.

It's not. And the only domicile that really fits the description of one day of 15 and the rest mostly at 12 is DEN.

Well that's a lie. STL is an outstation base at Trans States. How would things not be more productive if you actually used a hub. The person that does pairings in my mind doesn't do the job they should be doing. Explain yourself why lines at Trans States aren't somewhat uniform.

Contact the scheduling committee. I didn't quite understand but they explained it pretty well. How is what Roger said, a lie?? i just looked through the lines and most domiciles except Denver have the whole first page of 16 or 15 days off. ORD only had a handful of 15/14s as well. There's even 2 16 days off on the IAD lines. Average days off is 14.4 for IAD, 14.3 for STL, 13.8 for RDU and 12.something for DEN/ORD.

Do you really think the company is not letting the flying be as efficient as possible when there are airplanes parked behind the hanger because they can't staff them?

And the company literally couldn't care less about having a STL base. The only reason why there is one is because 95% of the maintenance on all our airplanes happens there. If it was more efficient to staff this airline all out of Anchorage, they'd do it.
