Is "one list" really in the best interest of the 357 pilots?
The paradigm is changing at RAH.
The RPC structure is the only structure that will function at this holding company.
Every pilot is safer (seniority wise, longevity wise) with the RPC structure.
The Joint Council concept was designed for this very reason at other IBT properties.
Educate yourselves. Don't cast your vote based on a campaign slogan ("oneness").
Vote for a representation structure that works considering the rapidly evolving events at RAH.

I used the RPC flyer to pick up my dog's crap, cause that's about all it's good for.
Any vote against IBT is a vote against unity. BB + WH will have a field day with you creating the biggest whipsaw ever seen. You're just too naive to see it. These clowns have been my reality for 6+ years.

I voted IBT. "Oneness" is not an IBT slogan. It is what the IBT has worked for in the past when Republic was to be an alter ego. The union won.
RPCs last hope is scare tactics that Frontier is to be sold. Who cares? 7 year fence remember, that is what FAPA wanted? IBT members are safe for the next 7 years. Good luck guys if you are sold again.

If frontier liquidates, all the 190's will go away.
If frontier liquidates, all the 145's currently flying a CPA for Frontier will go away.
300+ pilots will be furloughed.
150+ pilots will be downgraded.
Still want one list?
The fence has nothing to do with this, if frontier is liquidated, all frontier pilots will be on the street.
If frontier is sold, the 190's will go with (along with the current 357 pilots that flying them today).
Do you want to go with the Chautauqua CBA or do you want to go with the FAPA CBA?
One list will hurt the 190 flight crews and it will hurt the junior most 357 members.
RPC will mirror the structure of the holding company.

I am in the bottom 5% of the SLI award.. i will not have a problem being on the street for the sake of having a one list. I hope it's clear to you guys..
