I want the year the adjust for it yes. Many people have done things to stay within a certain tax bracket by this point in the year. Things like converting IRAs to Roth as a quick example because they know what their final bracket will be within a few thousand by now. Getting it early in the year gives people time to work out options on how to minimize the tax hit. It’s irrelevant anyway. There is no way we’re getting a signed contract in less than 3 months.

It means the guys who hated Jay because he fought for the lCal pilots and thought the lUal people were better still hate him, despite how much they botch about how bad the lUal leader**** was/is.
Larry can be a handful sometimes, but one thing he is, and that's not a management stooge. His union experience goes back to Continental Express 25+ years ago back during the Pay for training times, when FAs made more than new-hire FOs. FNGs to UAL don't have to worry about him selling them out.
TA-2023? Fine with me. I'll wait.

They can send it to MR. At this point, if it's not C2K pay raises with commensurate QOL improvements, I think it will be tough sledding to get it past the membership.

How the vote would go is simply uninformed opinion (wag) at this point. im asking if the current MEC has enough votes to send an agreement to us. Im assuming that C11, C12, & C5 vote NO. Would a roll call vote override the other councils? I KNOW somebody here has done the math....please save me some time🙂

Thanks JP. This could be a very difficult and consequential vote for the other councils. I wonder if, hypothetically, their vote on a TA2 would change the result of an LC recall ballot? IOW could they save their position by voting no?

In my opinion, that ship has sailed and sunk.
