3/4 UA pilots won't do this:

I asked my Captain yesterday if he had done the contract survey yet. He said, no, but he had done the FOSS. I asked why he would fill out a safety survey from the company and not a contract survey from the union. He didn't have an answer. He texted me this morning and said he did it last night and it was painless..

It's worth it simply for the UA MEC Hotel database (pickup locations, discounts, benefits, room restrictions, etc.) as well as the KCM database (hours & locations).
Meanwhile, the website has several VERY useful DIY (did you know?) PDF documents that can be downloaded for often asked contract references.
And that's just scratching the surface. Our volenteers have a massive amount of info available that many pilots are not aware of.

Let's not kid ourselves...
The majority of the pilot(s) group(s) are either disconnected, don't care or are too lazy to do even the minimum.
What is the minimum?
Reading your emails and then doing the surveys or PDR's.
But, at the end of the day- it is what it is.
I fly with too many people who don't even know some of the basic things in our contract. Don't understand our Pay (which isn't easy, but if even I can figure out the basic, everyone should!) and haven't even looked or read the Contract Comparison.
Maybe it's a sign of the times.. but it is telling.

Not just directed at you, but for everybody that does not know their ALPA # offhand, find it and install the ALPA app on your phone.
