It's a total witch hunt. The POS CP in SFO is just trying to show muscle.

I've only spoke to him once over one minor issue. Yet, he left me with the impression the he is completely incapable of seeing the forest thru the trees.

The person in question is THE person to talk to in SFO for any admin issues. She also has a heart of gold.

It sounds like she's got good legal standing against UAL if it comes to that. My checkbook is also ready to help defend her.

>>is one of the biggest D-Bags I ever had the misfortune to meet. Guy was basically wallpaper when he was the LAX ACP and did nothing for anyone but himself.<<

Seriously now just realizing that they chose him for compatibility with the long time "unable" ACP.

Sadly the guy who they originally picked took a pass and it fell into Mr. D-Bag's lap.

If you had met either the victim or our SFO Chief pilot, you would know.

She is one of the best people UAL has, and Larry E. is not.

Disgusted, disappointed and this will be a huge loss to he pilots. I will keep my comments to myself about the other character.

Why would they witch hunt her?

Weak individuals will always try to bring down those that they see as a threat. The truth is, she is only a threat because people respect and like her, unlike the SFO CP.

No one trusts or wants to work with the SFO CP. The ladies in the office are who everyone goes to. The woman in question is one of the best people in all of our 90,000 employees.

Letters to the System Chief Pilot (and others) that say this might help.

Couldn't agree more about doing this. Also should mention how he is one of the most despised individuals in LAX and it's going to be the same in SFO.

I remember SFOFO in the early days circa 1987 when the FOSR's were 3 old men who rarely were pleasant. The Flight Office was a cold sterile place until "L" showed up on the FOSR desk. She really brightened but the office - lots of laughter and a lot of respect that went both ways. She just bent over backwards to help. I can not even fathom how she could become a target for SFOFO Mgmt. My checkbook is also standing by if needed. I will bet my last dime Council 34 Reps are going to have a talk with the CP and whoever else can diffuse this situation

It sounds like you guys and gals in SFO should launch an intervention and speak to Oscar. Typically CEO's don't get involved in this type of stuff, but I wouldn't be intimidated into NOT doing something if you legitimately feel that there are unfair politics or agendas that are getting in the way of ethical decision making and more to the point, basic competence of on sight management personnel.

Typically management carries each other's water. However, if it's really bad, the rats may start abandoning the ship and volunteer to go back to the line instead of serving with a dirt bag in the office. Most good folks tend to vote with their feet rather than be "guilt by association" with a person that is making them, and/or their office look bad.
