1. Buy your guns and ammo before moving to NJ. Hide them well.

2. Cities in Eastern PA are wtf ghetto burbs full of rejects from NYC.

3. NJ/PA in this area is beautiful country. Lots of cheap lakefront property within 90 minutes of EWR.

4. Property tax doesn't decrease when your income gets halved like income tax does.
