I do the same thing on the PA ... That is blame another airline ... Ladies and gentlemen I apologize for the abrupt stop. It seems the Southwest plane failed to stop short of our taxiway as he was instructed. Or approaching the T gates in Atlanta ... Ladies and gentlemen I apologize for the abrupt stop. The Delta baggage cart failed to give way to our aircraft as he is supposed to do.
Always follow up with the call to ATC as to what happened and that we need to check for injuries.

OK let me get this straight, the UAL 320 was parked at the gate and the RJ, under guidance from the ramp person, hit it while they parked their jet. If this is correct there are two people at fault, the first being the guide people and the lack of wing walkers. The second is the Captain of the RJ who should have known his/her airplane wouldn't fit.
If the A320 hit the RJ then disregard the above.

BUR used to be ground handled by mainline, then it went to a regional, but they were still to expensive so then it became some third world ground handling company. I wouldn't doubt if the bus was parked short because in the video it looks like the 175 is on the yellow line. No excuse, just understanding how it happened, wouldn't want to be the 175 Capt. There really is NO room in that corner, it was crowded with two CRJ's in there.
