Chuck Yeager hit a parked bus with a B-57. It was totally the bus's fault.

Chuck Norris got on the wrong plane once, then the airline apologized for parking at the wrong gate

Anybody remember the yellow line between “Gilligan’s Island” and the main DFW terminal? Following it would equalize your chances of hitting something with either wing.

Chuck Norris is an airline pilot. He doesn’t apply to airlines, they apply to him. He always sets his altimeter to “00.00” because he’s never under any pressure. He also never lands in a crosswind because nothing ever crosses him.

Next thing you know these guys will forget to close the fuel crossfeed valve, think they have a fuel leak, shut down a perfectly good engine, and divert into RNO. Oh wait....... And another checklist item is born.

Because they don’t want to ride the brakes the whole time, or hold up the line. Commuters maybe or tight schedules to add. Most people like being done early, especially if it’s a small cabin. But definitely a culture difference between the legacy carriers and everyone else.
