Apparently I’m not proving my point very well. I’m talking about the posters in the terminal, walls of the jetway or just about any thing the company puts in print.

Have no problem whatsoever with our company’s attempt to be diverse and I, for one, applaud it. Just seems that the company is so hell bent on proving that we are with over the top, silly inclusiveness propaganda.

However, the vast majority of the real live pilots walking through the terminal, for every airline in the world (with a few exceptions I presume) daily systemwide are White males.

I'm Black and you have no idea how often I hear usually from other minority passengers how great it is to see a Black pilot, which I think speaks to how "not normal” it is. I think it's just fine to show how diverse our pilot group is.

I too will vouch for brotha in middle. As to why he’s there; well he looks a lot better to the ad folks then one our many semi bitter mustachioed overweight wht guys. Also will take him over the Larry the SF CP who was also in the ad campaign.

This is probrobly going to be like the program UAL lunched with that flight school in Denver. Interview with UALat UND, go to Air Wisconsin/Expressjet for a few years, then go to United.

Tendies are your fragile feelings that are obviously bruised by seeing a woman, Latino and African American represent our company. The fact that this upsets you shows that you firstly, do not understand both what and why inclusion and diversity initiatives are, but also have some odd victim mentality where as someone who holds one of the best, highest paying, jobs in our country, one that you can’t be replaced by new employees like 90% of the jobs in this country, feel aggrieved by the suggestion that we are hiring “too many” unwhites and females. It’s sad. You won, you don’t have to worry about some blonde or heaven forbid a female minority taking your job.

To those who say our ads should represent a literal cross section of our workforce, imagine that email being leaked, “all ads must feature 95% white males”

Wow, read details much or any of my subsequent posts?

Not at all what I said and once again, typical over reactive, psycho-babble. If anyone’s “won” anything it’s the folks in the posters and our lame advertising agency. Again, no big deal just kind of funny how unrepresentative it is of our Pilot group as a whole all in the good name of diversity.
