Why on earth would they (Mother U) move forward on a contract? We already gave them what they really wanted.

Sick leave? Nope.
PS? Nope.
Pay? Nope.
Reserve? Nope.
LTD? Nope.
Work Rules? Nope.
QOL issues? Nope.
Anything else? Nope.
Suck it up gents. This is as good as its going to be for a long time. And be sure and wave at your DAL buds as they zoom past.

1476 U Pilots not being furloughed out of seniority? - Yep
If you would have been one of those 1476, you’d understand why not a one of your list items would be on the same plane of my short list. So, if I’m reminiscing about 2001-2009 and I see a DAL pilot, I’d salute him for not selling his fellow junior 15% out. Sucking it up - complete.

Personally I’m holding out for nothing less than industry leading pay, the most expensive house I can afford with creative financing, a tanked economy, and 8 years of furlough; followed by a new hire slot at Frontier while a merger is being finalized, and a final SLI position that all but guarantees I’ll never see WB bunkie before I age out at the new standard of 85.
