I have communicated directly with our MEC Chair, and I attended "Charm School" in February where our CEO answered questions and spoke to us directly. Both our MEC Chair and our CEO said point blank to expect a contract early. They also said expect a pay raise but few other changes.

Last I heard every United pilot was set to get a pony, although now there seems to be disagreement as to who'd be responsible for feeding it.

Few changes with a raise? Uh......no. Have to have LTD increase with increase in pay for vacation and training for starters.

Let me get this straight. "Both our MEC Chair and our CEO said point blank to expect a contract early. They also said expect a pay raise but few other changes." So you know more than my LEC reps or anyone else in the room because this is the first time I've ever heard this.

That’s interesting. The MEC Chair told me, “get comfortable, we’re going to be here a while.”

The MEC chair told me I would get a pony but only if I let some other people have smaller ponies.
