Default Help Hub outsource to other country

This new Help Hub appears to be even more fouled up than what it replaced. Besides the fact that it is not easy to just "ask a question", the answers you get may be incomprehensible.

Anybody figured this thing out and where the answers actually come from?

I had a problem with TOL module credit and submitted a case. The answer would be hilarious if it weren't important to get a good answer.

This thing looks like a poorly hacked version of "ASk JEEVES" from a decade ago.

I haven’t used it directly, but something went through it automatically while working an FMLA issue.

A company email said there was a problem to resolve. Help Hub generated an email with the same time-stamp, saying the same. Help Hub then generated a second email (same time) saying it was resolved. It had a link that showed some sort of case about me...and no useful information. “Click here to accept.” Accept what?

I called the FMLA peeps and asked if it was resolved.

“Uh, no, that’s a bug in the Help Hub...”

Other “improvements.” Concur is harder to use than usource. Just saw something that the Company wants multiple receipts on each submission, as it costs the $1.50 per report. When I called for Concur help, pretty sure it was “offshore.” WAY offshore.

Help Hub? No Help, bub. (I concur).

What did Shakespeare say? “A (pig with lipstick) by any other name...”

I just used it for a pay question on a dropped trip due to conflict and had a clear, succinct answer in eight hours. So far, so good.

The fact that we don’t get automatic reimbursement for dry clean parking etc makes me file separate claims for each receipt. I hope they do get charged for each one.

It takes at least a $1.50 of my time to submit an expense. Whatever Concur charges, I'm sure it's fair, it's just not being payed to the correct party.
