The Hiring Expo will probably fill interview dates for the rest of the year (my opinion). If your application score is high enough, you still may be called in to interview. There may be additional classes announced in the future which will require additional interviews. The next Hiring Expo will probably be in September. United will be attending NGPA, WAI, and OBAP for 2019.

Got the Hogan last night!

I’ve got a buddy who attended the civilian day and received his Hogan link last night as well. He previously got the “We were excited to meet you” email last Thursday.

FWIW, it’s his second time around: he busted his last interview about a year and a half ago. Had a second chief pilot meet and greet in May.

At least they seem to be coming out still and aerocrews opinion was that it would keep doing so for a while. Just wish I knew the method to the madness all things being equal.

I wouldn't say that at all! That fair is not the end all be all "foot in door." People were getting invites up to just prior to the fair. IMO it's just another job fair to place in your application. Granted a high visibility one. Curious what the current stats of Hogan invites to those that didn't attend the fair.

The thing that set this job fair apart was the fact that you were invited based on your app, that being said I’m sure ppl are getting invited to hogan without going

As far as the method, it’s points. I would guess that we got x points for attending, and x+y points with your recruiter’s rec. Hogies go out in points order as they always have.
Once again, just a guess.

I attended the Thursday morning job fair. Be patient email last week followed by the Hogan email 5 days later. Now nervously awaiting the results :o. Availability is April 2019.
