This is true, job fair or not.... Because United continuously accepts applications and allows continuous updates, the only TBNT emails come after an actual interview. No one will receive a TBNT unless they first get an opportunity to interview and don’t pass. Good luck to all!

I don’t think anything has changed. They are in no hurry to get folks in. I wouldn’t take the lack of contact to mean anything.

Received the “be patient” email this afternoon. I attended the the Mil Expo in the morning. As others have said, waiting for the next step is the hardest. Keeping the fingers crossed.

A friend received the “be patient“ email this afternoon. He attended the Thursday expo.

I attended Wednesday expo. Still being patient.
