Anyone have any idea if your app was scored pre-expo or if you updated it later the updated version would be used to score for the interview invite?

Do you happen to have the notes from the 26 Oct virtual job fair? The only data I could find so far is United’s presentation slides, which appear to contain data points from over a year ago. Thanks for your help and any info you can provide!

There was nothing new in that presentation besides interviews are still being metered and will be for some time. Otherwise it's what you have probably seen 3x before.

I believe from what they said it was scored before, that’s why we got invited. For me my one on one went really well...I updated that day and every other day thereafter so idk if that affected something...very confused at the moment.

By the end of this week we will be in the second month following the Expo.
Good luck to all of us being patient on the next invitations.

Don’t sweat it. Not what you probably want to hear but do the math... There were over 500 people at the expo, and the training center is almost maxed out currently. 75 new hires per month, minus CPPs, and you’re looking at only ~50 off the street hires per month (not sure what the current CPP% is, but Mesa and AWAC starts up soon I think). *maybe* 75 Hogan invites per month. And United sends out invites based on when they expect you in class, I’d guess about 2 months prior. It could take 4-6 months to work through the whole “expo” list depending on how many off those 500 made it into the stack (assuming most if not all did).

Be patient. It’s going to take time. Keep your apps up to date and check your emails. Waiting is the hardest part of their interview process, but don’t stress out or lose sleep over it. If you were at the expo, they want you here.

I completely understand. I/we figured it would take 5-6 months. Everyone would like to be at the front of the line. But, being in the line is really what counts.

Thank you for the words of encouragement.

Yup. I was there not too long ago. It sucks to wait. Judging by everyone’s posts on this thread, I think the expo only made things more stressful for those that attended (just my opinion). But at least it’s better than Delta’s free-for-all registration fiasco. Hopefully it gave all those who attended a chance to be sold on wanting to work here. Excited to have you all on board in the near future.
