The Hiring Expo will probably fill interview dates for the rest of the year (my opinion). If your application score is high enough, you still may be called in to interview. There may be additional classes announced in the future which will require additional interviews. The next Hiring Expo will probably be in September. United will be attending NGPA, WAI, and OBAP for 2019.

Hard to say. On the addendum section they have a box you can check for attending either one. So I wouldn’t completely discount it. I’ve done both and I’m still waiting. It would be nice if they just addressed all of us who attended with that infamous email to be more patient...or simply tell us: thanks but no thanks. Very eager :-) especially when it’s been exactly a month today since the event.

It appears no one on this thread received the “be patient“ email this week or the Hogan invite. Either the United hiring team is backed up and needs a week to catch up or anyone who got the “be patient” email is not on this thread.
I hope they are just catching up. |

In my opinion of what they said at the expo, we won’t be getting a TBNT email. United said several times we were their top candidates and we were there for a reason. So did our one on one recruiter. I believe them and take them for their word. But there’s over 500 of us and it may take 2, 3 or 4 months.
