I know I am sub standard to you from your screen name, but for what its worth I heard this recommendation from a VP of Flt Ops at an event I was at where we shared a chat. HIS guidance was for events like this to be business casual but presentable and save the game on attire for the formal interview. Appreciate the great feedback!!!!
