But, yes, I think it only makes sense to treat everybody the same. Obviously the fix is not as simple as it would appear.

(Could it be that nobody can figure out the DOH of all those CAL pilots? ;) )

I don’t think the CAl folks want to open that can of worms. If we agree to unwind the clock for those 117? who were wronged by what was agreed to under their old contract, we also have to adjust everyone else’s date to mimic sUAL. IOW. sCAL mainline and sUAL DOH for all travel. That’s how sUAL did it and you don’t hear people complaining that their UAX time isn’t counted like Express Jet is. If people want the same bennies sUAL received, then lets give it to EVERYONE

The merger has been complete for years. Everyone was merged based on their old sXXX contract in place at the time of merger announcement. We all agreed to our contracts at the time. MOVE ON! Geez. We are all United.

It all came out in arbitration despite JPOS trying to hide it. There are training records required by the FAA kept on every single pilot at every company.

The entire “inequality” with the pass travel argument is 100% designed to support a myth that ALPA is only helping LUAL pilots over LCAL pilots. Pass travel is a COMPANY program. Its not part of the CBA. So these guys will complain forever about how ALPA didn’t get the longevity restored for pass travel knowing well and good that they don’t have the power to do it.
