The guy ended up in jail for stalking.
She's probably going to take us to the cleaners because it appears she made multiple complaints that she was being sexually harassed and we didn't take action against the guy.
That his misconduct rose to the level where he was incarcerated means she's probably got a pretty good civil case against us. We'll settle quickly (Monday morning after this NYT story) to quash the adverse publicity.

What is this “WE” and “US” you keep saying? Pilots fly the planes. Pilots don’t police the employees.

While we’re at it...why does *(a scab)* still fly airplanes?

But I'm happy to say it your way: United Airlines is going to pay big time because one of their employee's conduct was so bad he ended up in jail. Yet multiple investigations prior to his trail failed to uncover and act on his misconduct. That's called negligence. Add to it, the adverse publicity involved for the airline given that the former employee is a convicted dirtbag and the alleged misbehavior was sexual in nature?
United Airlines is going to settle immediately and for a whole lot of money.
Happy now?

Was she under duress when the photos were taken?
I'm not sure how much merit there is to the case. If there was merit, she'd have an ambulance chasing lawyer doing it on contingency. Instead, she's got EEOC lawyers.
I suspect this will be dismissed rather quickly on the basis of lack of merit.
