According to ABC news ;
In 2015, the pilot was arrested by the FBI for continuing to post nude images of the woman, which he later admitted to, according to the lawsuit. He pleaded guilty to stalking and was sentenced to 41 months in prison. The captain was allegedly allowed to retire with full benefits in 2016, according to the complaint.
He must have had some pics of someone else too, to able to pull this off.
Edit:another quote from a San Antonio newspaper;
On his Facebook page, ************ said he joined United in 1985 after serving as a pilot in the Navy.
1985 hmmm.
Wonder what month.

So to answer your question: The point at which dating an FA draws the ire of the EEOC and MeToo is when you secretly record an FA nude and post it on the net while she has a restraining order on you.

Lawyers.... it's a derivation of workplace violence. I think I read the suit claimed some of the photos were taken on layovers...blah, blah, blah. Big stretch, but United will probably pay.
