Default New service to HHH and more...

But on what equipment? I like how they make all this hoopla about new routes, yet conveniently leave out what jets they're using. I'm sure its on one of our "partners".

Sure Scott, you're right, we should give up scope.

Does it matter? Scott can announce all the new routes he wants but it won't change the number of allowable RJs in service. I don't know any pilot who'd vote to relax scope, so if the new routes are RJs, it's just rearranging deck chairs.....

Hopefully, they'll match the right metal to the market demand.

So what routes got upgraded to mainline in order for these new regional routes to be announced?

You are angry at your shadow we hold the vote not Kirby.

I think Delta and Southwest serve EYW with the 737-700 and that runway is 4801'.

I’m not angry at anything, just disappointed that we keep tossing routes to RJs.

The A220 will be able to use runways under 4000 feet for shorter legs. 3500 is probably doable for legs under 600 miles.

Virtually every time we introduce service to a brand new domestic destination it will be an RJ. They may trumpet new service with press releases, but they don’t say much of anything when they up-gauge (especially when it is due to scope choke).

They also don’t say much when ending service. Example: we are shutting down HAM, it’s been on airliners.net for a couple of days.
