Thanks for these posts. It does keep the ? over my head of why I cannot get an invite. 3200+ hours, retiring mil fighter dude, 5 recs however no chief pilot. Avail Jan 1 with no bites on active app since Sept18. No one seems to know the recipe for sure. App scrubbed several times. No black swans. I'd sure like in.

If you haven't employed an interview consultant I'd suggest having them look at your app. Best of luck!

I’m at TK currently (for the next month) and it definitely is NOT busy based on the vans or cafeteria or the fact we used two sims for systems stuff in lieu of the FTD’s

Also make sure that your passport, drivers license or anything with an expiration date is not showing expired in Airline apps.

You need to fill the squares that need to be filled. 3200 is great time for a fighter guy.
Some suggestions.....
Fill a few squares.
1. get a commercial glider add on rating or sea plane rating
2. get a CFI, II, MEI, IGI, AGI
3. fly at a regional for 3 months to get 121 time
