You are on crack. I attended in 2017 and met with delta recruiters. On the way out they gave me a coosie and keychain with “Pride In Flight” and the Delta logo on them. But maybe they were just pretending.

It's a none issue because it's not something you wear on your person.

They feel alienated and need support, therefore they must have a club or a group to give them "mutual support." All of the rest of the folks can just pound sand. They got their little club to provide influence and discriminate on others. Way to Geaux!

It’s very, very far from a non-issue for the people the group is designed to support.

Not sure what you mean by “pound sand,” but the event and associated job fair is open to anyone who wishes to attend

a group interested in supporting one demographic ends up not supporting others. most folks would say that discriminates.

I think there’s a difference between a group that forms to provide an environment of common interests and needs of support on a particular basis and one that has a distinct policy of excluding people who do not belong to the group for a discriminatory reason.

Does this organization expressly exclude people who are not gay? Or does the organization welcome anyone interested in joining who wants to support its cause? If it’s the latter, then I think the organization is simply a special interest organization for those with a common interest and identity and not a discriminatory one.
