Default T-mobile and Crew Companion

I switched from Verizon to T-mobile a couple of weeks ago and now instead of a single text with crew companion notifications, I get dozens a day from different numbers. Has anyone cracked the code to get all the crew companion notifications from a single number so your phone isn't going off all the time? Thanks

Att sends each message from a different number.... what were you on before that came in on a single one?

I was on Verizon and I would get all the notifications from a single number. It was easy to see all the SC, FS, open trips etc and scroll through them real quick. Now each SC and FS and trip is a separate text. I landed in IAH the other day and had probably 12-15 new texts that were all crew companion notifications.

I guess I’m confused with all the talk about this. Isn’t it easier to get the immediate CC email with all the trip data in an easy to read format? That’s how I’ve been doing it for years.

I gave up on trying to manage the text messages. Different numbers, delayed, etc. Went the icloud email route instead and it works very well.

I emailed Crew Companion about this months ago, they said they are working on it...

I was with Sprint and didn't have this problem.

Can you elaborate on this technique?

- get an icloud email address
- put it in Crew Companion, Options, Notify
- on iphone, Settings, Passwords and Accounts, "push" emails for icloud
