****DO NOT APPLY****
As someone who has finished up a year here read my ATI post.
-LOWEST pay around, made more as regional FO.
-No contract for a while
-Your going to be a part of labor games until company decides to pay us a fair wage.
-benefits are also below standard
*********DO NOT APPLY**********
By anyone coming here you are telling management you ARE WILLING TO WORK FOR SUBSTANDARD WAGE.
Management will blatantly Lie to you during your interview and initial ground school.
come get some, BUCKY

Midnight .....these guys earned their bones by lying! Bucky learned his approach from our former management....now we have the "Comair/Southern" failure posse at ABX and its the same game. Rumor is we are losing up to 10 first year guys by the end of September, and we pay better....go figure!

We are losing FO's also. Ive flown with quite a few that were in pools or actively trying to move on.
You will get sick of parking next to guys making six figures more flying the same equipment for the same people on the same ramp.
I have to agree with Midnight
By anyone coming here you are accepting a below standard payscale.
In fact you would be damaging the industry as a whole by accepting it. Help us fight for higher pay by not condoning the current contract.

Thats what has caused the hiring window to open. They have been getting substantial record request form other airlines. People are bailing out of this turd boat. I know of some going back to the larger regionals with signing bonuses and flow through.

By staying aren’t you condoning substandard wages? If you leave that would send the strongest message of all. Take your enormous talent and ability and shop it around to the highest bidder.
I suspect you won’t for the same reasons a new guy might apply. You need, money, experience, benefits etc. (Just like the potential new hire)
So what you want is for some other person to sacrifice themselves for your own selfish benefit.
Such an honorable position to take….

I'll admit that with most airlines hiring, ATI is not for everyone. I flew with ABX and ATI for twenty years and it's not surprising to anyone that management is suspect at best and has perfected the shell game to keep pay low. I don't see this ending anytime soon. Saying that, as a retired military pilot with retirement in hand with medical and dental, I would recommend ATI if you are in a similar situation as me, you like flying very little and like having long layovers in fairly nice locations especially overseas. And, it sounds like upgrades are will be increasing. I never tell people to avoid a flying job. I just point to areas that may not be for them. Plus, all in all the guys I flew with are pretty good dudes both in ATI and ABX. Hope this helps with the negativity I feel you guys seem to have.
