Default Mesa Badge!

Noticed that the Mesa badge has ‘American Eagle’ and ‘United Express’ printed on it. Kind of sums up the problem with outsourcing.

Do you even know how the regional situation works? Are you prior military?

It’s there to make sure they have priority for the jumpseat on any regional flight being operated on behalf of AA or UAL no matter their base over mainline pilots...I kid...sort of....

How do regionals prioritize which flights to cancel first when operating for multiple "partners?" The mainline carrier that pays the least! Cheaper is not better. Regionals need to be regional. Anything over 1000 miles needs to be on something with mainline staff above/below the wing. There are Airbus/boeing products from 100-220 seats with common type ratings. Sell the seats and fill them up. Southwest has been extremely successful doing it. Simplify, invest in a respectable product, and grow.

Express doesn’t usually cancel the flight themselves it is usually done by the Host Major airlines they are flying for. I am sure some things are done in house but most cancellations are done by United, AA etc.
