30 in 168 per the contract

Also remember that if you’re on a Global Fleet, they can only roll you into an RDO if it is a Global Trip. They cannot roll you into an RDO for a Basic Trip (Domestic). The FDO they can roll for any trip. However, if you have an FDO followed by RDOs, they can only roll you into your FDO for basic trip and cannot touch the RDOs.
No idea what base or fleet regarding this pilot so won’t try and cover every contingency on this forum.
They can get the full answer at.......wait....... PDR.alpa.org
Imagine that. The problem with asking these types of questions on forums is that I don’t know who/base/fleet/seat, etc.
If they PDR, I see them, their MS, etc and will tailor the answer to their specific situation. Hence, answering with a generic answer is all I’m going to do.

I just had almost this exact same situation occur, filed a PDR, and received this response:
Thanks for using the ALPA PDR system.
Once you have a legal reserve schedule from PBS there’s no requirement to have one day off in 7 for the assignment of an international trip. The only requirement would be for FARs that you have 30 hours of prospective rest in in the last 168 hours before starting an FDP.
I’m sorry I don’t have better news but please let us know if you have any further questions.

They can get creative as well.
If they roll you for a trip and lose a day off, they will move your lost day to the day following your return, so that you get your 30 in 168 rest on a day off (your time). They are not concurring to pay in lieu of lost day, anymore......unless it’s really slow.
Not surprising. They’re looking out for the company’s best interest.
