Default Jumpseat resolved

Here is the update:

October 18, 2019
United / United Express Reciprocal Jumpseat Boarding Priority Update #4

After more than one year of unnecessary delays, Mesa, Republic, and SkyWest have finally signed their new reciprocal jumpseat agreements. We now have signed reciprocal jumpseat agreements with all eight of our UAX partners.

The priorities listed in the Oct 18 Flt Ops Bulletins 19-199 and 19-200 recognize the new agreements by moving these three carriers from "other airline" into the "non-exclusive UAX" category. This is the exact same category agreement these non-exclusive UAX carriers were originally offered.

Fair access to the jumpseat is paramount, and the denials experienced by United and exclusive UAX pilots were unacceptable and immediately addressed by the MEC.

We credit each and every United pilot for being professional and helping to bring this issue to a successful conclusion. Through your efforts, the United MEC worked effectively to finalize these agreements.

I suspect the big stick was pulled out and SAPA/IBT finally saw the error of their ways.

About time this was resolved. Apologies are owed to every jumpseater denied.

Naw. Those who denied are known. We don稚 need an apology. We good. We will remember.

I知 glad this was resolved but that statement seems blatantly false. UAL/UAX are time of check-in on non UAX-E flights which was not the original offer.

Both organizations are trying painfully hard to save face. I知 just glad we can all get to work in peace.

That’s the one GoJet signed so what was different?

It is exactly the same there is no saving face from ALPA. This just proves neither the IBT nor SKW new what they were talking about. The miss guided pilots blindly followed them off a cliff when they threatened their certificates.

What you see today is EXACTLY what you would have had had you signed in May. You are now on equal footing as Go Jet which is where you belong as a non exclusive.

This isn稚 hard just look at the tables that were posted. The evidence of the ineptness of of SAPA and IBT is posted right here for all to see on APC.

This thread shows the tables from prior to 10/15. Show me where its not Time of Check-in for United/UEX on non-exclusive? Because its there.

Looks like the jumpseat order got changed.

Nobody from Skywest or Republic has been able to actually show a published table claiming what they say is true, despite the actual tables being posted prior to the 15th on APC showing the exact opposite. Unless someone time-traveled back to make the posts or hacked APC to show an earlier date.

Also if what they say is true, there was no reason to punish the other UEX pilots that signed and Go-Jet.

I知 thrilled with the UAL MEC and the re-aligning of United pilots jumpseat priorities on UEX. We gave up nothing and only made gains.

Hmm. What I saw was different than that. Unless I知 confusing it with what we received the last time this happened.

Thanks for the clarification

Do you have a copy of what you saw? Honestly it sounds like false info was put out, to anger the Skywest, Republic, and Mesa pilots groups. I would be ****ed!
