perfect. The company could have saved millions. Another option would be to just find a vendor that could meet demand for our current uniform and leave well enough alone. I’ve decided that I just don’t care anymore. If they want to waste money on this, have at it. It’s not like the flying public cares what uniform we wear, so I guess we shouldn’t either.

For me, it's not so much what we wear, but when we wear it!

When we are on the Airplane we need to be identified as a Crew Member. When we're walking thru the terminal it is nice just to be identified as another passenger.

White Pilot Shirt with appropriate Rank, Black or Pink Tie, Black Slacks, Black Shoes and Socks. Simple and easy to dress when it's dark and your only half awake.

Oh, pay us $5 per hour more and we will buy and maintain our own uniform. Save the company money and increase our profit sharing.

The new tech jacket does look better than the old version, but I don’t get saying that a casual jacket is professional attire but the leather jacket isn’t. I personally don’t want the leather jacket because it looks hot walking around inside the terminal, but I still think that those who like it should have the option. It looks more a part of a pilot uniform than a north face jacket will. I also don’t get why we’re moving towards the casual Friday look but keeping the silly looking hat. With the north face option people will just go to Academy and buy some cheap jacket that looks close and wear that, so I’m guessing the new jacket option could be a hit. Kind of like the people who pushed hard for black uniforms so that they could buy cheap pants at JC Penny.
