It’s not about legacy this or that or the merger. LUAL had their pensions taken from them and aren’t even in a position to play the game. Most of the people who don’t do the math either love this job and are going to go kicking and screaming, or those who don’t like math. Often times, it’s the same individual who displays both traits simultaneously.

From what I’ve found out over my career, scabs are the same the world over and a crew base makes little difference.
