Should that really be where their priorities lie instead of giving us a well rested productive sim session..?

Thats your idea of grueling? Seriously? It’s awesome, I fly in the morning of day one and I’m out and on a plane home by lunch on day four.

I hear you, but it’s not everyone’s cup of tea. I get the circadian disruption bit......cost of being in the biz I guess

The FTC has overwhelmingly been asked to schedule like that for people wanting to go home on their off days.

If you feel unprepared or fatigued, call and ask them to change your schedule. When you use those key words, you’ll get your schedule changed.

SIM periods are 6+30. Not 8hrs.

Yeah it is for me.... and as a professional it’s my responsibility to manage my fatigue level on the line and in training.
When I commute and put myself behind the clock it’s a personal choice. When the company does it’s usually to save a buck.

How is that schedule unproductive? Get it late day 1? Grind out the sessions and our early on the last day. Sounds incredibly productive.

I don’t think the point is productiveness, rather a fatigue issue.

You’re probably right. That was just perhaps a poor word to use for mentioning an efficient training schedule that doesn’t waste ones time at TK over the course of 4 days.
