Nope...tent city. We kept our female copilot with us so she didn't get lost in "Marine Valhalla". I do give credit to the Marines for building a pretty impressive bar out of spare plywood, though.

Similar experience. Way back in desert storm, the Saudi's freaked out when we told them we are not separating our females from the crew. They will sleep with us in the same tent on a layover. They were going to disappear in a jeep somewhere on the other side of the base. KKMC.

They later regretted their decision as one of our loads snored like a freight train.
