When do you think recalls will start for AA? When will all have recalls?

About 40 recalls a month until every furloughed has been offered return before newbie hiring restarts.

Maybe 60 a month if we are fortunate.

So just work backwards from those start dates IAW the number furloughed.

personally I think Hawaiian may take longer than B6/AS/WN because the state of Hawaii seems to be incredibly staunch in their COVID restriction

Delta may be faster than AA/UA due to their high take rate in early out program( more pilots left DL than UA and AA combined is my understanding) and lower Asia exposure vs UA.

but I think overall this is pretty accurate

I would agree, DAL let a lot of pilots, over 1900 go permanently out the top of the SL. The rather immediate need for the junior pilots with any semblance of demand return was the main reason the company decided to deal so nicely for furlough mitigation. I think by this time next year DAL will likely be talking about interviews and new hire classes again. Merry Christmas to all!

Nk has already said they don’t plan on hiring at all in 2021
