This guy...wow....how does he even get away with a haircut like that?!

Swayne is special in his own way but at least most of his videos are actually informative for future or new 121 pilots.

Just FYI our “Directing Manager of Aviate” who’s a good guy, and a heavy Captain for us, follows this clown on Instagram. So the company is WELL AWARE of what’s going on.

ya, but I think the company eats this **** up. They love it.

I’m sure his representatives have been notified!!! There is a YouTube video where he’s doing a advertisement for a flight bag, while in a United Pilot uniform. The Company can get quite sensitive about that kind of thing. Unless he got it approved by the Company. I believe that this could be a violation of the Company’s social media policy?

This guy encompasses everything wrong with everything. He appears to be a grown man, but is 5 year old silly girl. He prances around in uniform with a 6 grade haircut embarrassing a legacy airline. It’s better he hides from the public in commuter garb. He needs a pair of Heelys to complete his persona, or maybe just go full rollerblades. I hope to God he started this downward spiral post United interview, because if his asinine Instagram lameness was a known quantity and was hired; it’s a symptom of the inevitable consequences to pilots not hiring pilots. I cringe to think what his PAs entail. God bless this industry, with all the up and downs through out history, at least you never hade to share the cockpit with a nincompoop. United HR needs an intervention.

The one where he was unpacking/putting on the CA uniform with the "Legends are Made" song was especially cringe worthy.

As bad as that was, that guy at least had a rep of being a good guy to work with and friendly, humble, etc. Despite his poor choice of foot wear and video taping it.,

Man, we could only hope.

Funny, the mantra was to be careful on social media. Amazing how many people were complete tools/tool-ettes on social media before being hired, and STILL got hired.
