Looks like he's having a good career though. Management types must really like it. Might be a good idea for all the regional guys if they're trying to get picked up by a major earlier than their peers. I wish someone told me to do this stuff.

Honestly, I couldn’t give a rat’s ass about U’s perception of good branding. However, I’m offended as hell that he represents ALPA pilots in this way. SMFH doesn’t even begin to describe it.

As much as Swayne seems to be the typical millennial or genZ that needs the gratification/"look at me!!!!" factor, he's at least made a crap ton of videos for people trying to get into the career. From a lot of aspects. As lame as they are.

but think about it , what type of individuals are hired in HR ? Commonly the type of people that are trendy and eat this stuff up , doesn’t surprise me in the least. IMO , he doesn’t represent the majority of pilots in the US . He clearly comes from a dif group compared to most pilots .
